From Compagnia del Montale, we offer Vigna Bordò, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI aged about 4 years in oak barrels, rich in personality, instinct and tradition, with a mellow and appetizing flavor, with a good acidity degree. Made from grapes coming from the vineyards in the Modena Piedmont area, between the Panaro and Secchia rivers, among undulating hills.

• AROMA: Characteritic bittersweet taste with a good level of acidity.
• FLAVOR: distinctive, pleasantly acetic flavor with woody notes.
