Crunchy ultra-fresh onion flavor and delicate sweetness make this unique seasoning shallot perfection. Pure air-dried shallots are as tasty as they are handy: they're every bit as delicious as a fresh shallot, but are always on hand and ready to use.
Shallot flakes can be enjoyed dry & crunchy as a garnish or added as you cook. They’ll hold their shape and add a hint of sweet oniony crunch.
